  • Customer Data: We store the names, addresses, and details of the clients you create quotes for ("End-Customers"). You remain the "Data Controller" of this data; we act as the "Data Processor."
  • Payment Data: We do not store your credit card details. All payment transactions are processed securely by our third-party payment processor, Stripe.

B. Automatically Collected Information

  • Usage Data: We may collect info on how you access the Service (e.g., browser type, time spent on pages, device type).
  • Cookies: We use essential cookies to keep you logged in securely.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data for the following purposes:

  • To Provide the Service: Creating and sending your PDF quotes and invoices.
  • To Process Payments: Managing your monthly subscription via Stripe.

  • If you delete your account, your data (including your quote history) will be deleted from our live database within 30 days.
