2. Service Description

QuoteWorkx provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that allows small businesses and service professionals to create, manage, and send professional quotations and related business documents.

3. Accounts and Registration

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Tiers: We offer various subscription tiers (Starter, Solo Pro, Business) with specific limits on quote generation and features.
Payments: Subscription fees are paid monthly in advance. Payments are processed securely via our third-party provider, Stripe.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Your access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds: As this is a digital service with immediate access, we do not offer refunds for partial months or unused services, except where required by UK consumer law.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify our pricing tiers. Any price changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance.

5. User Content

Ownership: You retain full ownership of the data, quotes, and customer information ("User Content") you upload or generate.
License: By using the service, you grant QuoteWorkx a license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content of the quotes you send to your clients. QuoteWorkx is not a party to any agreement between you and your clients.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the QuoteWorkx services. Prohibited actions include:

Using the service for any illegal purpose.
Attempting to reverse engineer or copy the software.
Generating spam or fraudulent documents.
Sharing your account credentials with unauthorized users (except as permitted by the 'Business' tier team features).

7. Intellectual Property

The QuoteWorkx platform, including its code, design, logos, and features, is the exclusive property of QuoteWorkx. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform in accordance with these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuoteWorkx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

While we strive for 100% uptime, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance that results in temporary downtime.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
